- Ventilation Systems – Air ducts, vents, heating and air conditioning units should all be inspected since with the changes in temperatures tenants will be using their cooling or heating systems more often.
- Unused windows – Depending on the size of the company not every room in the commercial property will be used that’s why it’s important to inspect every window to insure that mold hasn’t grown around the window and spread out to other areas of the building.
